This paper focuses on teamwork awareness on native line worker who have been worked at the Japanese-owned overseas local plant. Research object is to verify inner structure of teamwork awareness and difference among each country. Based on religion from a point of global view, teamwork awareness of native line worker is analyzed at automobile and electrical industries in Japan, China, Indonesia, Mexico and Philippine. Religions have three categories, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity. Finally, the following hypotheses are accepted. “The teamwork awareness is affected by religion and internal structure in each religion is difference.” and “The teamwork awareness can divide into two categories, task orientation and people orientation in each religion.”
