The supply and demand of chicken meat at Jakarta market is very essential to be related with the price that should be paid by consumer. if the supply is too big, the price could be low, this could reduce the profit of the poultry cultivators; on the other hand if the supply is short than the price is increasing and this situation will hurt the consumers. The supply and the demand of chicken meat should be controlled, so that the consumption of meat could be reasonable to make the human protein need is fulfilled.
