Isi artikelThere have been some efforts by several researchers to implement Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) effectively in the House of Quality (HOQ)as an old tool in Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This paper is trying to make this connection more dynamic, applicable, and accurate. This helpscompaniesto make the best decisions for getting more customer satisfaction while theyare expending less money. It aims to see all the interdependencies between all the elements of HOQ,considering the probability of customer unpredictable behaviors, to merge the tools and techniques in QFD and decision making methods in a unique way to provide a methodology for helping organizations in their decision making and supplier selection processes. We will see how customer requirements can be dynamic and less predictable from what we see in previous researches.We will also seethat how it jeopardizes all of the assumptions in our previous applications of HOQ. It challenges some critical assumptions, in thisarea of knowledge made in the other related researches, and suggests a new methodology for application of the HOQ. The results can be used both in Supply Chain management (SCM) and product development projects. This paper answers to the people who are using HOQ in their organizations and they are wondering why they are expending more and getting less than what they expect, while they are following the principles of QFD!
