Based on Statistics Indonesia’s (BPS) data, the amount of foreign tourist in Yogyakarta can grow more than 10% per year, whereas local one also can grow more than 5.6% per year. Its fact show that Yogyakarta has a potential power to attract people to visit destinations that lies in Yogyakarta. In the other hand, BPS underline that Yogyakarta has to improve its performance if it wants to be an excellent host for its visitors. One of the important aspects to analyze tourism performance is supply chain management among its tourism provider. The suitable treatments for improvement can be taken if the root problem can be known and one way to know it is by analyzing the result of performance measurement of supply chain management. This research will conduct a design of framework to measure the achievement of destination tourism should be. Criteria of measurement will be based on voice of customers that along this time visit Yogyakarta’s destination using Kano Model. The result of this study will useful to government, business, and academic to increase service quality by improving each chain that passed by the tourist
