The development of digital network technologies has changed the world of banking and one of the significant changes is the use of internet banking. Intrenet banking implementation success depends on how the customers accepts it. The researh reported here aims at studying the acceptance of internet banking among Indonesian users. A research model was developed based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Task Technology Fit (TTF) Model developed by Zhou et al. (2010) were used as the basic framework for identifying factors that influence the tendency of bank customers to adopt internet banking technology. The factors incorporated in the original model include task-technology fit, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. In this study several contructs were modified and a number of new measures were added. Model testing was conducted through a survey. Questionaires were distributed to 250 Internet Banking users in the city of Jakarta, Indonesia. 231 qeustionairres were sent back. Data processing was executed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique using LISREL 8.7 software. The results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy and trust positively influence the tendency for users to keep using internet banking while the task technology fit, social influence and facilitatig conditions do not affect the interest of users to remain with the internet banking. In addition, the task technology fit and effort expectancy positively affect the performance expectancy.
