With the rapid development of the information society caused by the world widely spread Websites on the Internet, the importance degree of information dissemination by companies’ Website is remarkably increasing. Not only for the dot com type E-business companies but also for the ordinary manufacturing industries, their Website become a powerful infrastructure for the information dissemination actively in order to obtain a large market share leading to its stable superiority. Each company is trying to attract their customers or potential customers with their own Website integrating designs, colors, photos, graphics, animations, and so on. However, many companies are seemed not to have concrete methodology to analyze and evaluate the value of Website and the significance in business activities properly, and some of them have the mess of building and operating Website. In this paper, we propose an evaluation system of companies’ Website from the perspective of the information value. The information value is defined by applying the definition of the value of product in value engineering considering the company’s objectives of the Website operation. We also integrate some of Website metrics, and evaluation degrees by experts in the system. Since the evaluation of values in this paper is basically performed with uncertainties, fuzzy logic based systems are used in our system.
