Nowadays, Six Sigma has caused the considerable strength of organizational process. The ability of Six Sigma has been considered in 80s decades which is made of creative combination of managerial and statistical tools. On the other hand, lean manufacturing approach via eliminating wastages along manufacturing process has significant impact on organization productivity. In addition, majority of organizations attend to the combinational approach in order to use the benefits of two mentioned approaches, simultaneously. While Six Sigma attempts to solve the processes issues via statistical tools and qualitative scales, lean manufacturing is the continuous effort to identify and eliminate the waste. Therefore, the integrated model can use as an influential method to improve the organizational productivity. This paper attempts to introduce an integrated model of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing concept through emphasizing on manufacturing global competition. The suggested conceptual model has been used in two Case study Companies in Iran. During the preliminary study, productivity has been increased in six month. So, the proposed model can utilized to be productive method toward effective process in organizations.
