This paper is the continuity from previous paper about strategy map and performance indicators design for Faculty of Engineering, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. In this paper, the previous strategy map is reclassified become performance indicator (PI) and Result Indicators (RI), instead of leading and lagging indicators. After developing performance dashboard application using software of Ms. Excel, the result is reporting format of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Results Indicators (KRI) in dashboard management application, completed with relationship concept between KPIs and KRIs in supporting performance management application in Faculty of Engineering. Based on testing process to key users, the dashboard management application is effective to periodically monitor and analyze performance of activities in Faculty of Engineering.
