Isi artikel
The purpose of this experiment was to replicate the Conway and Gathercole (1990) experiment in which they examined the effect of writing on long term memory. The hypothesis underlying this experiment is that multi-modal processing can facilitate the retention of written material. The act of ‘‘translation’’ across two modalities will benefit recall.
