Isi artikelPT. HS is one of the largest private company in Indonesia engaged in the retail industry. PT. HS belongs to the modern retail activity and has a subsidiary that is H, GS, GH, G and SM. The Company distributes 68 product groups, in which one group of products consists of various types of products. The product obtained by the supplier and stored in a central warehouse that also serves as a distribution of goods (Distribution Center). This study was undertaken to develop the proposed distribution system as well as to analyze the feasibility of the implementation of the proposed distribution plan by taking into consideration the loading and unloading, and also the total time of delivery that were not previously considered in the previous research. In this study, if the results obtained are not feasible, then the adjustment will be made to make it becomes feasible. Hybrid simulation-analytic approach procedure has the advantage to obtain the optimal distribution plan from the results of analytical calculations but still have a good level of feasibility of implementation. It is reached by calculating additional factor in the simulations are not considered in the analytical model because it is difficult to be taken into account in the analytical model. The best scenario proposed distribution system generated by this study has a value of Rp 7.475.792.121distribution costs which is lower than the current distribution system, and has a utilization of 8.29% higher than the current distribution system, with working hours 120 minutes less than the current distribution system.
