Isi artikel
The Department of German at The Ohio State University is presently using two Computer Assisted Instruction programs as adjunct to the basic language courses, German 101 and 102. The programs are not intended to substitute for classroom or laboratory work, nor for the teacher, but rather are supplementary devices which make effective use of the principles and practices of the tutorial method. The tutoring is accomplished by adapting all computer responses to the individual student’s response. Students are asked to practice grammatical exercises. If they make a mistake, the program offers advice as to the nature of the error, and gives clues which will lead to the correct answer and help them to gain a better understanding of the problem.
