This paper seeks to list and elaborate on the unique Knowledge Management and Organizational learning culture at Reliance Commercial Finance (RCF), a division of Reliance Capital. We began our operations in 2006 with focus being to build quality portfolio as financial lender. As an organization investment in human resource development, engagement & motivation became a strong focus area, if were to become an employer of choice. So learning became a strong culture focus so as to build competitive & competent workforce. This paper details out on the unique elements of a positive learning environment at Reliance Commercial Finance (RCF), a subsidiary of Reliance Capital. This paper also shows a correlation where the business performance grows with focused energy on learning and skilling. The L&D focus at Reliance Commercial Finance (RCF) started to build its version on the principles of Kirk Patrick model of Learning Organization - beginning with the process of Training Need Identification (TNI) to delivery and impact measures ,which now a completely automated function.. Today RCF learning practices is been recognized as one of the best practices across Industry and the same is appearing as a case study at IIM Kozhikode
