There is experience of the University efficiency increasing by Distributed Laboratory Center formation presented in the report about the Project. Project makes it possible to resolve versatile problems thanks to the rising of the available resources productivity. The Project goal is to establish Superiority Center in the field of the evaluation of quality and safety of the locally produced and imported to the Far East Region of Russia products whether they match Technical Regulations of the Custom Union. Most important task for the Far East Federal Region under consideration is produced locally and imported products safety providing. “Engineering House” innovation project combined some FEFU Engineering School laboratories on the basis of the distributed commonly used center functioning principles. Complex approach to the problem allowed to establish unique educational environment and to create world leading scientific and educational center at FEFU basis
