There is quality in every natural activity. It is happening inherently without any stress and thus enjoyable. Cognitive Work Culture is an intellectual or duty conscious activity between innovative entrepreneurs and intelligent people in an organization for peace and productivity evolution. Innovation is philosophical Right. Intellectual is the chemistry of ethics and intelligent aspect is the art of physics as Values. This natural work culture could be distinguished from the Universe. Universe is a beautiful garden with all natural formulas and activities evolving on a pivot of industrious consciousness consisting of minute (vibrant), motion (transcend) and static (earthly) substances. Minute is the intangible atoms and the environment around is the tangible projected Eves. Atoms and Eves together shaped as universal society. The universal society of atoms is the combination of five elements i.e., Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. They scientifically and cognitively exist as Philosophy, Chemistry and Physics as Universe and the same three quality aspects appears in its every inherent atom as electron, proton and neutron and which cannot be separated, but value of an atom could be improved or decreased. An Atom evolves valuably through a process of cognition from inorganic to organic. So, evolving valuably is the behavioral art of chemistry. This cognitive art of values is only called the work culture philosophy of the universe
