Isi artikelThe study of the sensory evaluation of the salt is performed about the study evaluation on the taste. However, a cause and effect model study of the sensory evaluation of the nature salt which includes a lot of minerals in a very small amount is not done. In this paper, it investigated the situation of the sensory evaluation on the natural salt. In addition, it examined a relationship of the sensory evaluation and other sensory evaluation methods. Furthermore, by application of structural equation modeling (SEM) and graphical modeling (GM), the multivariate analysis, I clarified a relationship of each expression of sensory evaluation. As a result, I clarified the similarity of language data and validity of the evaluation. It was indicated with the similarity of the language and a relationship from positioning of each expression and graphical modeling. Furthermore, from the language data which I was used by a questionnaire design, it was able to show sensory evaluation structure. From the above-mentioned thing, I was able to inspect a relationship suggested by a figure of structure, a cause and effect model
