With their rigorous culture the German nation has created a industry common view: if you want a precision product, please choose “Made in Germany”, and they also created a series world famous brand such as Siemens, Bosch, BMW, Mercedes Benz and so on. But maybe most of us don?t know, at the end of the nineteenth Century, ”Made in German” once represented imitation, cheap and inferior quality. Over the last hundred years, the German created their change of weak to strong, humiliation to glory, as Cinderella?s transformation. What a miracle it is, how German create it, why “Made in China” still made us ashamed, what should we learn from German? After we conscientious and in-depth study at the fundamental reason of German manufacturing powerful, it is considered there are six main reasons for German?s change. (1) Science and technology innovation system. (2) Standardization and quality certification system. (3) Occupation education system of double track system. (4) The authentication mechanism is undeniable. (5) Rigorous recall system. (6) Perfect management system. The experience of Germany for reference, we should do the following to improve product quality: (1) Establish an effective quality assurance system. (2) Establish a perfect system of laws and regulations and strictly implement. (3) Play the role of Industry Association, association of standard and certification agencies. (4) Lower the cost of protection, enhance the customer awareness and ability. (5) Strengthen the occupation training, establish a correct view of talent. (6)Build quality culture of Chinese characteristic company. To the quality of products to rigorous attitude, enhance national competitiveness, promote national inherent "humanity spirit", to create attractive quality and the sincere product
