One of significant causes is consumer behavior in Thailand that have higher trend of bakery consumption. Especially in breakfast, the customer behavior is similar with Japanese in the past.Therefore organization has to develop the new product launching to market continuously.The same starting point is converting voice of customer to produce characteristic.That process is called“New Product Development Process”. CPRAM Co., Ltd.use Triz tool to define creativity. Product design process is able to responsive customer more easily and the key is merge needs to different.This case study is a “Triangle Sandwich” of bakery product type which is the existing product of CPRAM Co., Ltd. We found that there has been improvement for creating customer satisfaction. For example irregularities of filling in triangle sandwich that cause by filling spread process that is not all the sliced bread.When Triz tools used for the design of this product can be identified feature to improve is area of moving object (Problem Number 5 in Triz Table) and identified Undesired Result (Conflict)is Stability of object (Problem Number 13 in Triz Table)which Triz Table of Contradiction identifies options for problem solving by 4 issues.When research and development Team has information considered, they choose 3 of 4 methods for production process design then we can create of triangle sandwich have the better quality and have filling spread regularly.
