The purpose of this research is to understand smart phone users’ personal behavior on information protection using health psychology theory. These days, personal information such as digital certificate for mobile banking and other mobile applications. Currently, the security threat on the smart phones users are almost as serious as on PC users. However, the perception and behavior of the smart phone users on the personal information protection are not sufficient enough. This study investigates factors affecting the adoption of information protection behavior of smart phone users. It will perform a comparative analysis on information protection behavior on personal information between PC and smart phone users using the factors such as perceived threat and perceived responsiveness
