With the ever increasing demand of the customer in a highly competitive environment quality perfection is a desirable objective. The purpose of this paper is to bring the focus on problem solving techniques using Deep Analysis methodology & to explain correlation between problem phenomena with the exactness of the process by using PDCA approach to achieve breakthrough sustainable desired improvements/results. Deep Analysis methodologies help to pin root causes using simple data collection and analysis technique. Detailed understanding of problem phenomenon was done for the exactness of the process with the help of Input output sheet, cause & effect diagram and funneling was done with the help of PQCT and PFMEA.This case study will explain the Quality test, Process wise analysis, Process capability of each mold, validation by Genba analysis & with the help of standard measurements & statistical tools like Hypothesis testing the relationship of input Vs output was checked to identify the actual root cause for all three problems separately.The study was conducted at M/S Asahi India Glass an auto glass manufacturer. The major pain area was high rejection in Laminated Bending process of (MP8-FH New Swift)i.e. 88.6% against the target of 94.5% in FY 2013-14. With the scoping tools like tree diagram and Pareto, Product Front windshield glass of Swift (MP8-FH) was found the major contributor and characteristics identified for analysis were Spot Distortion, Bending Breakage, and Edge Bend.As a result by this case study after analysis and countermeasures the overall rejection reduced by 5.6%
