Isi artikelThis research aims to study the growth trend of Solar Heat Water technology and type of collector in the future by using the Text Mining analysis. Moreover the researcher analyzes appropriate alternate for apply Solar Heat Water technology in Fresh Baked Bakery business. The result of analysis can be decided to bring appropriate technology in order to apply in the production process which is maximize the energy power saving, energy cost saving to the business. From the study about growth trend technology of the solar energy currently is found that Solar Heat Water technology have growth trend higher than another technology continuously. The researchers analyze the trend technology from Patented Research of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and various journal researches by using keyword about all Solar Heat Water technology as well as analyze concerning type of collectors that are a key component of solar Heat Water Technology. These collectors can accumulate heat from solar energy and transfer energy to water. The types of collectors have 3 types such as Parabolic Solar collector, Heat Pipe Solar collector and Solar Flat Plate. As the growth trends of WIPO and journal research can be identified that the Heat Pipe Solar collector have growing trend higher than another collector average 20%. When compare the renewable energy technology by the six factors consist of the performance of maintenance, appropriate installation, technology lifetime, payback period, investment value and energy cost saving. The result of analysis will help to decide in order to select the efficient technology. As the result of analysis by using Text Mining and Matrix Data Analysis, we found the growth trend of technology Solar Heat Water that is increased 50% and Heat Pipe Solar Collector that is average higher than other types 20%. When we compare the renewable technology by using six factors by Matrix Data Analysis can be found that Solar Energy and Solar Heat Water and Heat Pipe collector have the growth trend the highest significantly. Moreover when we apply this technology in our business by installation Solar Heat Water system 12,000 Lier per day, we measure heat water volume 8,000 liter per day, energy power saving 72,168 MJ per year energy cost saving 900,000 baht per year and then when compared the value of investments, the payback period have just two years
