Isi artikelIn recent years, the introduction of renewable energy into the electrical power system has studied extensively, in order to allow a reduction in the dependence on the electrical system of the thermal power and nuclear power generation which discharges hazardous waste. In this context, the smart village plan for achieving self-sufficiency of electrical power used renewable energy in the local area has been investigated in various regions of Japan. However, it is a situation that it is difficult to know whether it can supply the stable electrical power to the consumers, since the electrical power system of renewable energy rely on natural energy that is the electrical power generation resources. In this research, we develop a simulator in order to investigate whether it is possible to supply the stable electrical power to consumers from renewable energy in the A region in Japan, and we consider the feasibility of the smart village in the region from the viewpoints of the electrical power supply and electrical power consumption. The simulator can be possible to consider the number of viable consumers and the required number of power facilities in order to realize the smart village. It allows us to predict both the electrical power supply and the electrical power consumption simultaneously, which cannot be considered in the existing simulator
