In many mature and developed markets, gaining market share is very difficult as the market is saturated; gaining profit from a Red Ocean market is definitely not a solution for business sustainability. This case study is about a hardware company which has been selling her hardware products for over 40 years and it was her main income stream. Under the pressure of market share and profit decrease, the top management decided to do Business Transformation in order to create new income stream and also to create differentiation from her competitors.
