Isi artikelQuality is the foundation of the development of the enterprises, and the Reliability is one of the important attributes of quality; Meanwhile design quality is the most important. the enterprises should build the Reliability system for design which is an effective means to enhance the design quality. The author of this article introduces the PLM (Product Life-cycle Management) of Commercial of Air Conditioning; which is the product design procedure. The PLM include four phases: P0,P1,P2 and P3. Engineer gathers the consumer requirement and change the requirement to product technical parameter with QFD in P0. Engineer of design make a design plan in P1.Most of reliability design task in P2,and reliability test in P3. According to their feature, Combine the reliability task to the PLM, Realization to build the Reliability System For Commercial Air Conditioning By using the reliability tool to design, design engineer can achieve the reliability goal. Corresponding the PLM, We enactment the reliability goal and distribute the goal to product simulation. We have built the reliability information system in our enterprise, which can record the reliability information of product design. By regular information analysis, we can enhance our reliability system. On this basis, all newly developed products are embodiment Reliability System, including the reliability design, analysis, reliability testing, software reliability engineering and so on.. Besides to using the reliability tool we have also built the training system, all new engineers must accept the reliability train before they design the product. Reliability System is a up to date system. Reliability Design is a tendency, So the reliability system for commercial air conditioning has a high reference value for large consumer electronics companies with independent research and development capabilities to carry out reliability
