This research aimed at giving descriptive accounts of (1) the TEFL II students’ theoretical understanding of classroom management talk in the forms of the lectured transactional expressions in English, (2) their ability to apply the management talk using the transactional expressions in their peer teaching, and (3) the state of their attitudes toward the management talk using the transactional expressions. The subjects of the research consisted of four parallel classes, 133 students, attending TEFL II subject in 2012. The research instruments used were essay test, observation checklist entailing video recording, attitude scales, and interview. The peer-teaching scenario consisted of three phases, namely beginning the class, running the class, and ending the class in which the students practiced the taught transactional expressions in managing the class. The findings showed that the students had good theoretical acquisition of the classroom management talk in English which went along with good performance in using them in their peer teaching, and they also had very highly positive attitudes toward the classroom English management talk.
