Every University in general has different standards. Likewise as Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia that always maintains its quality to compete with other universities. In order for an organization to have an edge on a global scale, so that the organization should be able to do every job much better. Atma Jaya has gained ISO 9001:2008 but it is not the end of the achievement because there are still more things to maintaining existing quality for better results. In this research, investigator conducting research to maintain a quality management system with a case study of Biotechnology Faculty. The essential thing in maintaining the assesment of quality is based on the measurement that has been conducted by the audit thus the quality of ISO 9001:2008 could be maintained. Therefore, the investigator conducted the quality measurement by applying IWA 2 and by using the DMAIC approach to maintain and improve the existing quality. Based on the research of Biotechnology Faculty, the result shows that there are many things should be repaired. The results eventually will be processed and analyzed for some improvements that could affect the better performance of Biotechnology Faculty.
