To braid communications intercultural in Indonesia specially in a organization is very important, because in fact the people of Indonesia is very heterogen. Current the evolution of word will allow increasing contacts of social communications. Till awareness to communication intercultural must be noticed specially in a organization that has interaction for interdependence and complement to support activities of organization, so the conflict can be avoided. Formulation of problem in this management conflict of employee. The result of study indicated that awareness to communication interofficial specially that has cultural background was important, because if this is not get special place then will be happen a misscommunications that can be cause a problem in performing their duties in organization.
