The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of waste treatment methods (biogas versus sanitary landfill) and managerial skills on employees operations waste in Bantar Gebang, Bekasi. The samples of the research were 60 field operator which selected randomly. The data were analyze by using Analysis of Varinace (Anova) by level 2 x 2. Findings of the research indicated that the CO2 emissions by waste treatment methods of biogas techniques and had high managerial skills better in sanitary landfill techniques. Therefore, the two variables should be taken into consideration to the decrease CO2 emmisions.
