Following the volatality of markets and intense competition, competitive dynamics have become the important stream in strategic management discipline. The implementation and analysis of competitive dynamics can be done by drawing competitive maps where the ongoing set of competitive actions and competitive reactions occuring between competitors in a certain market as they compete against each other for an advantageous market position. The results of competitive dynamics analysis invite firms' strategic moves that can be achieved by building corporate resources, dynamic capabilities, and core competences.
