Isi artikel
I discuss the structure and semantic composition of the so-called ‘Attributivewith-In?nitive’ construction (Fleisher 2008, 2011) - construction that contains a positive gradable adjective in the attributive position and a gapped in?nitival clause. Studying the way the adjective combines with the in?nitival clause will suggest a new type of an in?nitival clause – a degree interval-denoting one. The analysis will have consequences for the nature of a ‘positive morpheme.’
