Previous research has been designed models of knowledge transfer effectiveness of the competitive advantage of small industries in Bangkalan. This study was conducted 10 analyze the effectiveness of knowledge transfer effect of the competitive advantage of small industries in Bangkalan. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire with a small industry owners as respondents. The number of respondents in this study were as many as 118 respondents. Data were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study uses 6 variables and 26 indicators. There are two endogenous variables, are the effectiveness of knowledge transfer and competitive advantage. Exogenous variables of this study there are four, are transfer mechanism, the source transfer. transfer form s and the environment. Of these variables formed five research hypotheses. The results showed that the effectiveness of knowledge transfer affect the competitive advantage of small industries in Bangkalan.
