This study was conducted to determine the influence of organizational justice consists of, distributive justice (X1) and procedural justice (X2) and job satisfaction (Y) employees at PT Prisma Excellence Initiative. The method used in this study is the method of census of 50 employees of the Prisma PT Excellence Initiative conducted by distributing questionnaires to the employees. Data were collected, tabulated, and then processed with statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression program by using the SPSS Program version 17.0 for Windows. The result shows that the independent variables of organizational justice which consists of distributive justice and procedural fairness all have positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction of employees in PT Prisma Excellence Initiative. Each independent variable effect of 18.5% and 80.7% on job satisfaction. These results strongly supported by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.996 and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.992. That is, there are 99.2% of the variation variables that job satisfaction can be explained by the variables of distributive justice and procedural fairness; while the remaining 0.8% were caused by other variables not examined in this study.
