Isi artikelThe aim of this study is to find out the influence of the implementation of job design towards the intrinsic motivation and employee job satisfaction at JOB Pertamina Costa International Group LTD. The research variables are job design, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction. The population consists of all employees of JOB Pertamina Costa International Group LTD. Result of this study indicates that simultaneously job design influences the employee’s job satisfaction. Partially, only the feedback dimension in job design influences the intrinsic motivation as well as employee’s job satisfaction.
