Indonesian menu translation is something that always challenging to be discussed due to its variation and uniqueness. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the faithfulness and the cultural acceptance of Indonesian menu translation in Novotel Hotel Solo. I involved 3 native English speakers as the research subjects to be interviewed about the Indonesian menu translation in Novotel Hotel Solo which was the object of the research. Then their comments and suggestions were presented in the form of table and it showed that most of the dishes translation was faithful and culturally acceptable enough.
