This paper is aimed to examine of ongoing college university student's knowledge and attitudes toward Seeking Psychological Help (ATSPPH). In exploring student's understanding of the diversity of psychology that has been practised by psychological services becoming so significant. 150 diploma students of Kolej Universiti Sultan Azlan Shah (KUISAS), Kuala Kangsar, Perak, Malaysia (92 female, 58 male) were involved in this study. The Psychology and Mental Health Questionnaire I (PMHQ-I) and The Psychology and Mental Health Questionnaire II (PMHQ-II) and Attitudes Towards Seeking Psychological Help (ATSPPH) were used to measure psychological knowledge and attitude toward psychological help seeking. The result indicated that there were no significant differences between psychological knowledge and attitude toward seeking psychological help. Finally, the findings are useful in assisting educators, counsellors, psychologist and researchers to enhance students' psychological well-being and knowledge effectiveness.
