The existence of guidance and counseling in the university education needs several effort to achieve an individual optimal progress to accomplished the purpose of national education and the developing of high quality of human resource in Indonesia. The service of guidance and counseling the university in formally has not been handled properly it means the services of guidance and counceling in the University still depend on faculty trustee, so what the faculty trustee has done in lectures process is a form of guidance and counseling job. At this point a good services management guidance and counseling services. A guidance and counseling service will never create, organize and achieved, if it does not has good quality of management system, which means has been done clearly, systematic and aimed.
