Nevertheless, guidance and counseling that clinically are still needed and become one of the important part of the guidance and counseling in school. Less important is to implement psychology or mental health in school area. The evolution of student mental health is affected by the social emotional in school. If it is unfavorable, such as the relationship between the leader ship of the school with the teacher and the students are less harmonious; teachers that have stress, the applicaiton of moral value is low and there is some discrimination and injustice then the evolution of students mental health will be obstacles. School leaders and teachers understanding about the mental health are very important. Leaders and teachers with a synergy can create the better school climate, physical, emotional, moral and spiritual for helping the evolution of student mental health. In addition, they can monitor the symptoms of student mental early as possible.
