Pornography is one of several crimes that had been known by the people since the last century. It was risen by picture / varcing that stuck to the temple and by poem. In this century whoch mass communication had been known, pornography often be risen by magazine. This paper analyses Matra and Popular Magazine cases based on criminal liability perspective. Especially this analysis investigates who can be requested liability and how the liability must be implemented.
