With this stance in mind, test or examination must be conducted as objective as possible, as well as in an honest atmosphere. Unfortunately, the current practice of academic test and examination has been so far disturbed by the cheating behavior is mainly triggered by a seemingly positive motive such the need to have a good mark on a specific subject. On the other hand, cheating is also driven by the student's fear of academic fault. Yet, no matter how positive is the reasion, cheating is both morally and academically sinful. Moreover, it also makes the test result invalid and therefore and is unreliable to be the base for measuring education outcomes. Unfortunately, cheating is something "common" amongst our students therefore, it is a necessity to develop a program in order to deal with this problem, and this is the main concern of the present paper.
