Counseling is not only face-to-face (FTF), but also with distance. This term is called the online Counseling. Online counseling is an alternative to alleviate the problem clients by utilizing information technology, computers and internet. Counselors and client be able to connect indefinitely of distance and time. By conducting online counseling can be an alternative to alleviate the problem and a Psychological first aid remotely. This article will describe the further on the definition, implementation stages of the process, the issues and challenges in the implementation of Online Counseling. It is hoped this article can provide knowledge and insight to the reader and will be applied as one alternative in performing duties as a counselor.
