In order to increase labor productivity in the company, development of human resources is a very important things. However, as long as it is still rare to find a model that considered effective and efficient in resource development through counseling, adapted from a model developed by Prayitno and friends (2000). As a research subject was Company Manager and Staff on Besmindo Pekanbaru who attend a training program through the Personal Develoopment Career Counseling Services in March 2013. Through action research model of the study found the fact that based on the evaluation process and product training with trainees perception indicators on: achievement of objectives, appropriateness of training materials and the need, usefullness, attractiveness of presentation, performance and appearance trainer trainee satisfaction level is above the average good quality. From the testing this model needs improvement in terms of method and content of the material should heed the balance on the cognitive, affective and psychomotor trainees.
