One of the causes is the existence aggressive behavior students'. Aggressive behavior refers to a type of behavior, whether physical or mental, which is done with the intention to hurt someone. Aggressive behavior can be changed or be reduced. Teamwork, which means doing a work activity with more than one person in a team to achieve a goal. Characteristics of teamwork which effectively into three major groups, namely: organizational structure, individual contributions, and processes team. Teamwork can be used as an attempt to prevent aggressive behavior. This can be done by: listening, questioning, persuading, respecting, helping, sharing, participating, and communication. It can be concluded that the teamwork that means doing a work activity with more than one person in a team to achieve a common goal can prevent agressive behavior of students.
