This paper aims to understand the behavior of first-time voter from political marketing perspective, because the number of segments is relatively large voter in every election. This Paper focuses on the characteristic of first-time voters and voters behavior; especially the factors that influence the behavior. Study literature shows the characteristic of first-time voters are connected kids, well educated, critical and rational. To understand the behaviors of voters, the most relevant approach is the model of pilitical marketing. This is due toat least two things, namaly the direct election system, and the amrketing approach that is more a political than previous convergence (psychological and sociological), so it privides an opportunity to understand a candidate as a whole.
