The Growth of money supply will constantly cause a continous price level of the same magnitude, nevertheless the changes in the long term inflation rate does not affect the output level of employment and relative prices of various goods and services. In the macroeconomic system, the arrangement of the amount of money supply is by the government and the banking system. Government decisions that determine where money should be made available is crucial for determining the amount of money in circulation. Besides, the money supply is also determined by the banking system in making demand deposits, as deposits for the owner or in approving the loan.
