The research objective was to determine the effect undereducation, age, gender, education and long hours of work on sectoral labor income in the city of Palembang. Analysis used in this study is quantitative analysis and statistical tests are formulated in a multiple regression model. Based on the results of using multiple regression analysis using cross section data from oil and gas processing industry sub-sector and non-oil processing, trade, hotels and restaurants, as well as the financial sector. Undereducation variables, age, gender, education and long work hours significantly influence the sectoral labor income in the city of Palembang.
