The main objective of this paper is to provide a theoretical macroeconometric model for Indonesian economy in which the building block of aggregate demand and supply exhibit what may be the central feature of neoclassical synthesis. Thus it combined Keynesian short-term and classical long-term. Three blocks embodies the construction of IS-LM-BP model. Within a framework of AD curve, the multiplier magnitudes as a short tem policy tools are also derived. Aggregate supply function was built under the assumption of wages prices flexibility rather than sticky price description of labor market.
