Since the population growth rate of Indonesia remains high, the government implements the Birth Control Program, which since the Pelita V has been changed into Gerakan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (GKBN). Focusing on Atma Jaya students, the Faculty of Medicine of Atma Jaya has conducted a descriptive study concerning students knowledge, attitude and behaviour in terms the success of GKBN, 354 students of three faculties of Atma Jaya have been chosen purposively to be interviewed. The result shows that knowledge, attitude, and behaviour of the students should be promoted further so that the young generation, which are the focus of the birth control program, could become motivators and activators of GKBN program.
