Law is justice. The consequence of those proposition is justice should be realized in law. Justice has a perspective that equality must be guaranteed. The question is what has justice created or shaped in indonesia ? The justice of law must be revealed in detail, because there are many actual case proofs that law prevail injustice. From the normative perspective, law should be placed free from other element besides law. Eventhough, during the making process, law maybe suspectible to manipulation which shall lead it to be unjust. This paper attempts to tell that law in concrete manner has tendencies to deviate by many aspects such us politics, legislative and law officers such as police, prosecutors, lawyers and judges.
