The paper is a design of a natural language processor based on world class priority. Sentences are classified on the basis of priority, ordered world class, using the Artificial Neural network model Adaptive Resonance Theory (ART). The study indicates that sentence classification with priority ordered word class can identify the syntactic patterns of the experimental sentences, translate sentences from the source language (English) into the target language (Indonesian), and serach for the closest syntactic patterns when translating incomplete sentences.
