This research used the education criteria for performance excellence from Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The education criteria for performance excellence were conducted at Saint Theresia Tourism High School. Based on the analysis and assessment in Saint Theresia Tourism High School using the Malcolm Baldrige Method, the school got 495,5 points. This score was 54% from the maximum point 920 points. From the Malcolm Baldrige hand score classifications, this school was in category “good performance”. This condition showed that Saint Theresia Tourism High School has a systematic and effective management approach and the results was good in all important segements. The opportunity for improvement was taken into account by this school.
