Using a qualitative method, the research collected data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of AI encourages employees to focus more on their strengths and potential, thereby increasing their commitment and satisfaction in providing services. In conclusion, this approach not only improves service quality but also strengthens relationships between employees and the congregation, ultimately contributing to the development of a more harmonious church community.
